Thank you for shopping with studio luka! We are committed to delivering your handcrafted signs with care and transparency. 

1. Processing Time

All of our signs are made to order.

- Production and Processing time: 2–5 business days

- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer

- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

- Standard shipping 

- Express shipping 

- We currently ship within Canada only

3. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Delays & Carrier Issues

studio luka is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. studio luka is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
